This community was created for women who carry a lot, give a lot, and rarely have a space that asks nothing of them. A place to slow down, listen inward, connect meaningfully, and be surrounded by women who are choosing to do the same.

Your membership includes monthly in-person gatherings, reflections, our private community, online support during business hours, member pricing for special events, selected benefits with Nina and Rose, and special experiences throughout the year. Membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel anytime before your next renewal through your member account. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Sunrise Circle was created from a shared belief that women need spaces where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves and build meaningful relationships beyond the surface.
Meet Rose & Nina
Spiritual coach and facilitator focused on self-love, self-knowledge and spirituality. Through her own experiences, reflections and ongoing personal journey, Rose encourages women to build a healthier relationship with themselves and approach life with greater awareness.
Rose Tudisco
Spiritual coach and mentor with a background in psychology and physiotherapy. Nina’s work brings together self-awareness, emotional patterns, spirituality and reflection to help women reconnect with themselves and live with greater intention.
Nina Costa
Together, we created Sunrise Circle as a space where growth does not have to happen alone.

Where are the gatherings held?

Most monthly gatherings take place in a private setting in the Lakewood Ranch area, with occasional experiences in Sarasota. Exact location details are shared privately with confirmed participants.
Do I need to attend every monthly gathering?

No. Life happens. Your membership continues to give you access to the community, with reflections and member benefits between gatherings. We encourage you to participate whenever you can.
What does online support include?

Members can connect with Nina and Rose through the private community for guidance and support during designated business hours. This is not a 24/7 or emergency support service.
Are special events included in the membership?

Some experiences are included, while certain workshops and special events may have an additional cost. Members receive exclusive pricing or discounts when applicable.
Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership is month-to-month and can be canceled before your next renewal.
