These policies explain how Sunrise Circle handles personal information, how our membership works, and the terms that apply when you use our website, become a member, participate in our community, or attend our gatherings.
By using this website or purchasing a Sunrise Circle membership, you agree to the terms below.
1. Privacy
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, membership information, communications with us, event registrations, and information you voluntarily share through forms or our community spaces.
Our website may also collect limited technical information such as browser information, device information, cookies, and website activity through Squarespace and other tools used to operate the site.
Payments
Membership payments are processed through our website and third-party payment providers.
Sunrise Circle does not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card number.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to manage your membership, process payments, communicate with you, coordinate gatherings and events, provide member support, send community updates and content, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent member personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate Sunrise Circle, such as website hosting, payment processing, email communication, analytics, or community platforms.
Third-Party Platforms
Sunrise Circle may use services such as Squarespace, payment processors, WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers and other third-party platforms.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for website functionality, analytics and user experience.
Where available, you may manage cookie preferences through our website cookie settings or your browser.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information entrusted to us. However, no online system or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to Sunrise Circle, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, payment, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

2. Sunrise Circle Membership
Membership Eligibility
Sunrise Circle membership is intended for adults age 18 and older.
Membership Fee
Sunrise Circle membership is currently:
$35 USD per month
Membership is billed monthly and automatically renews each month until canceled.
There is no long-term commitment unless a different membership option is clearly offered and selected.
What Membership Includes
Membership may include:
Monthly in-person Sunrise Circle gatherings.
Reflections, prompts and member content.
Access to the private Sunrise Circle community.
Online community support from Nina and Rose during designated business hours.
Member pricing or discounts for selected workshops, special gatherings and future Sunrise Circle events.
Selected benefits on eligible individual services offered by Nina and Rose.
Occasional member experiences, surprises or additional opportunities announced throughout the year.
Membership benefits may evolve as the community grows. Any material changes affecting the value or price of your membership will be communicated to members.
Monthly Gatherings
Monthly gatherings are generally planned for Sundays and may typically take place between 10 AM and 1 PM.
Most gatherings will take place in a private setting in the Lakewood Ranch area, with occasional experiences in Sarasota or surrounding areas.
Exact private gathering locations are shared only with confirmed participants.
Dates, times and locations may occasionally change. Members will be notified when this occurs.
Special Events
Workshops, retreats, special events or additional experiences outside the regular membership offering may require a separate fee.
When applicable, Sunrise Circle members may receive exclusive pricing or discounts.
3. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Automatic Renewal
Your $35 monthly membership automatically renews each month using the payment method associated with your account until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal through your member/customer account.
After cancellation, no additional recurring membership payments will be charged.
Members who cancel through Squarespace normally retain access to their membership content until the end of the billing period already paid. Squarespace then ends future recurring payments.

Refunds
Membership payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, except when required by applicable law or when Sunrise Circle determines that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.
Canceling prevents future recurring membership charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Changes to Membership Pricing
Sunrise Circle may change membership pricing in the future.
Existing members will be notified before a new price applies to a future renewal and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new rate.
4. Community Guidelines
Sunrise Circle is built around respect, presence, connection and emotional safety.
Members are expected to treat one another with respect and to avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation or behavior that disrupts the safety of the community.
Personal stories shared by other members should be treated with care and discretion.
While confidentiality is strongly encouraged within the Circle, Sunrise Circle cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of individual participants.
Please use discretion when sharing highly sensitive personal, financial, medical or private information in group settings or digital community spaces.
Sunrise Circle reserves the right to suspend or end participation when conduct seriously or repeatedly compromises the safety, integrity or experience of the community.
5. Online Support
Online support included with membership is intended to provide community guidance, reflection and connection during designated business hours.
It is not a 24-hour support service and should not be used for emergencies or urgent mental health situations.
Response times may vary depending on schedules, weekends, holidays and community activity.
6. Personal Growth & Wellness Disclaimer
Sunrise Circle is a community and personal development experience.
Our gatherings, conversations, reflections, spiritual discussions, educational content and community support are intended for personal growth, self-awareness and connection.
They are not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Participation in Sunrise Circle does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient or other clinical treatment relationship with Nina, Rose or Sunrise Circle.
No specific personal, emotional, relational, spiritual, professional or health outcome is guaranteed through membership or participation.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing and choice to seek appropriate licensed professional care when needed.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency in the United States, contact 911 or 988, or seek appropriate emergency care.
7. Member Content
Content created for Sunrise Circle members, including written reflections, exercises, recordings, downloads and other materials, is provided for members’ personal use.
Unless permission is given, members may not reproduce, sell, publicly distribute or commercially use member-only Sunrise Circle materials.
8. Photography & Privacy at Gatherings
We respect that Sunrise Circle gatherings may include personal conversations and experiences.
If photographs or recordings are taken for public or promotional use, identifiable participants will be informed and consent will be requested where appropriate.
Members are also expected to respect the privacy of other participants when taking or sharing photos, videos or personal stories.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
